Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 working days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- If an item is returned not in a resalable condition, we may refuse the refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once we receive and inspect the item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
Please note: Customised or specially ordered products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
